	BEFORE THE TOUR - Please fill in and send us the questionnaire from BOOK IN and make payment of 10 USD per touring day for the elaboration of the itinerary. When confirming the itinerary we will ask you to make a 50% prepayment which will allow us to book the overnight accommodation. ON A DAILY BASIS - In this case please fill in and send us the questionnaire from BOOK IN to help us create a rough plan. On the tour, the plan for the next day will be made every evening with the help of your guide. The rooms will be booked soon after that. SIMULTANEOUSLY - Travel on guide suggests you decide basis promises full freedom. This is perfect for the most adventurous people. For example, while you are dinning, your guide will find a place to sleep. These tours are most convenient for Alpine countries where the overnight capacities are plentiful.


	Organize your flight to the Marco Polo, VENICE AIRPORT. The guide will pick you up at the airport and take you back at the end. YOUR GUIDE will also be your driver and a friend. TRAVEL INSURANCE suggested. 20% of the PAYMENT should be done at the booking of the tour and the remaining 80% at the beginning of the tour. Proforma invoice will be sent to you after we receive your BOOK IN inquiry. Prices for a double room with breakfast in FAMILY-RUN PENSIONS range between 20 and 50 USD per person.
	COACH TOURS
	Planning needs to be done before the tour. Prices will be determined according to the specifics of the group and the tour.
	MINIBUS TOURS
	You will travel in Mercedes V class LUXURY MINIBUS. 5 or up to 6 people are accepted in the group. Beside the driver, 1+3+2 seats are lined in the rows. An additional seat can be placed in the second row. CDs, cooling bag, binoculars, camping EQUPMENT, etc. can be provided. YOUR GUIDE will also be your driver, baby-sitter and a friend. You can have days of rest in some attractive places or days when you rest and the guide takes care of your children. PRICES TOURING DAYS: 440 USD per day including guiding, all costs of the guide, organisation, luxury minibus, vehicle insurance, 400 km or 240 miles, tolls, parking fees DAYS OF REST: 240 USD per day including drop off and pick up from the spot up to 15 km or 10 miles away from the overnight hotel DAYS OF REST WITH 8 HOURS CHILD-CARE SERVICE: 340 USD per day including drop off and pick up from the spot up to 15km or 10 miles away from the overnight hotel.
	CAR TOURS
	You will travel in a luxury, spacious and air-conditioned car. Up to 3 persons are accepted. CDs, cooling bag, binoculars, camping EQUPMENT, etc. can be provided. YOUR GUIDE will also be your driver, baby-sitter and a friend. You can have days of rest in some attractive places or days when you rest and the guide takes care of your children. PRICES TOURING DAYS: 395 USD per day including guiding, all costs of the guide, organisation, luxury minibus, vehicle insurance, 400 km or 240 miles, tolls, parking fees DAYS OF REST: 220 USD per day including drop off and pick up from the spot up to 15 km or 10 miles away from the overnight hotel DAYS OF REST WITH 8 HOURS CHILD-CARE SERVICE: 320 USD per day including drop off and pick up from the spot up to 15km or 10 miles away from the overnight hotel
	SCOOTER TOURS
	You will be travelling by a touring 500 cc scooter KYMCO and an experienced motorcyclist and guide. Personal helmet and jacket suggested. In case you don’t have you can rent it from us. Reasonable quantity of personal luggage is required. PRICE 150 USD per touring day, which includes organisation, drivers-guide’s service, use of the scooter and vehicle insurance.
